      Participated in various global business projects in a major US based manufacturer. Currently serves as a Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant’, providing labor consulting services to foreign companies located in Japan and preparing Work Rules and company regulations.

    • Noriko Yashima (Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant)
      Graduated from Rikkyo University, with degree in Psychology. Having served for many years as Financial Controller and HR Manager at the Japanese subsidiary of a US company subsidiary in Japan and an Ito-chu Group company, Yashima established the Yashima Human Resource Management Office. She currently provides social insurance and labor consulting services, focusing primarily on foreign labor issues and reviewing and drawing up Work Rules for companies preparing for IPOs.
